Tabby Tattletale Tuesday

Hi!  I know you've been waiting all week to see my belly.  We've been adjusting to Figaro being in the house at night.  I admit I get a bit growlie and stuff but I will not say it's been overly dramatic.   Not at all.

Mom and dad brought home another cat tree.  Nigel and Jonesie and Cory all like to sit on it, and now it turns out Figaro likes it too.  I did the math.  4 cats, 2 prime sleeping locations.  Something had to be done.  Now there are 4 prime locations and 4 cats who are interested.  I never get up on it so I didn't really care.
What I cared about was the sneaky little Figaro getting into MY nip patch!   And for those of you who think he's a big boy, I'm still about twice his size so he better not mess with me.  I'm about 15 pounds give or take...ok give a half a pound or so.  Figaro weighed in at 8.1 pounds!  I can take him!
For the next couple of weeks we are being totally ignored!  Mom is obsessed with the Tour de France and spends hours and hours watching it...when she should be playing with us.  Cory got so fed up she teleported over to France because she thought that was the only way to get mom to notice her!

That's right, Ginger, you don't want Figaro to be sneaking around in your nip! He already has gotten enough leeway for a young boycat. My human does not spend time with the TV; in fact it has no reception. And it's still hard to get her attention sometimes. So I can only imagine what it's like to compete with the Tour de France.

Good one, Cory! That's the idea. Better yet, get on a bike and join the race. That way the whole CB would definitely be behind you.

Hi Ginger, try and give Figaro a break ~ 'cos he is the noo kid on the block. I remember being the much smaller noo kid and it was quite a tuff time. Milo was very bossy at first.

Love the beautiful floofy belly shot, Ginger!...We think you should share the nip with Figaro; it looks like there's enough to go around and it's only right that you share with your new brother...We love Cory teleporting to France=you go, girl!...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki

Excellent belly floof shot, Ginger!

Hmm, Figaro in your nip, huh? Well, it seems like a fairly good-sized patch, so we kinda think there just might be enough for everyone. Besides, a nip party is always fun!

That's so cool that Cory teleported over for the Tour de France. Woohoo! Uh, did your mom notice? :-P

Ginger, you do have pawsome floof. But try to remember Figaro is new to having a proper home and all. Be nice!

Ginger, keep an eye on that Figaro. We hope he isn't hoarding all that nip for himself!!

Cory, you might hafta actually get on one of those bikes for her to notice you.

I am glad everyone is getting along reasonably well with Figaro. The extra cat tree seems like a great idea - n need to be squabbling over prime sleeping spots. Does anybody get the bed, or do you stay in the cat room?

Having a new cat tree can be fun! We all take turns at the top spot on ours! Your nip looks great!!

I don't think you can have too many cat trees. We just got our first one and there are five of us!

Ginger, you are smart to keep an eye on your nip. Figaro looks like he could be pretty sneaky.

Hope your Mom is enjoying the Tour de Lance. (MOL!)

Ginger, noone could EVER accuse you of being dramatic! :P Take it from me, you have to teach those boys who the boss is early. Soon, they get big and hard to deal with. Sigh!

Oh, dear, we hope your mom will soon turn off that screened monster and pay attention to y'all again!!!!!!!!!

Totally gorgeous tummy, sweet Ginger!!!!!!!

Sounds like Figaro is settling in quite well.....YAY!!!!!!!

We understand about your mom and the tour - our dad used to be like that. Luckily it doesn't go on for that much longer - but it still stinks!

And we think it is great that you got another cat tree so that there is enough room for everyone. And well, we hope that you and Figaro start to get to be better friends soon - he is small so you at least don't need to worry about him beating you up!

Giner, we do so enjoyyour floofy belly. Thanks for sharing with us!

We bet you will learn to love Figaro real quick!

We don't like it when our human doesn't pay much attention to us, but we probably wouldn't go to the lengths of teleporting to another country to get her attention. A nip on her hand does the job!

Love your belly floof, Ginger -- you've got quite the figure! I'm glad that there are more spots on cat trees for all you kitties to vie for now -- even if it doesn't matter much to you. It's good that you're not hassling Figaro, and letting him in your nip patch -- even if you don't like it. There's plenty of nip to go around I think.

And you may be bigger now, but Figaro is only about 10 months old, so still has some growing to do. Don't count him out just yet!

That Cory certainly is an attention hog! LOL!

Ginger you should keep control of your patch but what if Figaro grows bigger than you???
