Tabby Tattletale Tuesday with a little Tuxie Too

I've invited Bennette to join me today.  We are hissed off because all of our nice weather is gone.  The leaves are falling, it's damp and icky.  Worst of all it's dark outside!  Do you know how that messes up everything? I can't come and go as I please.  Mom wants us all in lock down more because it's dark.  Sometimes when I get to go outside when it's daylight hours it's pouring and I get all wet.  As much as I don't like wet fur, mom fusses and gets a towel out for me and makes sure I can sleep on a towel just in case I'm still damp.

Thanks Ginger...what happened to summer??  What mom???  You mean it hasn't been summer for almost 2 months?  I never said that was ok.  Please open the door into spring.  Now!

Oh, and about our old couch going away...see there is this guy named "Craig" and he has this thing called a "list" and humans buy and sell stuff on it...and if your human prices things right...they disappear before you are ready.  So that is why we will be without a couch for a couple of weeks.  This Craig and his list are very effective.

I'm sure you all wanted to see what was underneath Nigel's fur yesterday.  He likes to cover for Grete, but here it is.  Remember you didn't hear it from me.

Momma Meezer and the Mancat

We don't sleep together yet.   We believe in taking things slowly...very slowly.  At this rate, we'll sleep with the tips of our tails touching in about 2 years.

We are a bit sad because this couch which we have known all the time we have been here is going away.  Not only that, but it will be a couple of weeks before the new one arrives.  Where are we going to sit???  Mom doesn't expect us to sleep in a...::gasp::...cat bed??

Mom and dad think this perfectly good couch is a mess because Grete woofie managed to dig holes in one of the cushions.  Grete was just improving it and making it more comfy.   If we sit on the couch our furs cover the visible holes.  All the more reason we should sit on the couch.

Society of Feline Gardeners- Thursday in the Garden with Jonesie

I know you expected me to be out in the garden this week.  Trouble is, it's been wet and icky and worst of all, it's dark outside.  When mom leaves for work it's a little bit light, but when she gets home it's dark.  I suppose I could teleport over to visit my furriends on the other side of the world, but mom and dad would miss me too much so here I sit.   By the fire. 

Mom surprised me the other day when she said there was mail addressed to me!  I couldn't figure out who would send me something, but then I remembered that Raymond and Busby were going to send me seeds from Sunflowerzilla!

Cory was shocked!  I think she was disappointed that Raymond and Busby sent me mail and there was no letter to Cory from Whitey.  She pouted.  She wouldn't even look at the seeds.

My head was spinning.  All I could do was think about my very own Sunflowerzilla.  I was thinking about the Society of Feline Gardeners and sharing seeds and planting ideas and Cat-a-logs and....and...then I remembered the note that my bestest friend in the whole world, Alfie Marshall (age 2) sent me.

So we copied words from Alfie and Milo's bloggie:
