We got our Christmas tree this weekend! Being the woofie, it's up to me to hunt for the best and most perfect tree I can find. There are so many to choose from...it's not an easy job.
When I find the one I'm looking for, I sit by it.
We get help from the nice people at the tree farm. Once I sit by it and woof, the nice guys with the chainsaws and trailer come and help us. They make it easy. Once I finish my work, I take the tree home...and then Cory & Co. take over the decorating.
Our most favorite ornament is Kitty Cucumber. She sleeps all year long in her jammies with her mousie...and then we wake her up we put her on the top of our tree in a place of honor.
Grete did a wonderful job finding just the right tree.
Dad lifts me up so I can say hello to her. I wouldn't dream of climbing up the tree.
I have to stay on Santa's good list.
I climbed in the tree last year and I laid on the branches. I still got a good gift. I had a new home and nothing was better than that!!!
I like your kitty. Grete is very brave to go out and about like that. I do not like outside. It's cold.
Umm, Grete, you didn't pick out that tree by "watering" it did you...
Aww, you guys did a pawsome job! Now, just sit back and enjoy!
I destroyed the tree first year I came to live here. Since then we haven't had a tree.
Yours look beautiful!
wow, what a lot of lovely Christmas trees. Mummy says she has never ever, not never had a real tree. One day, she says, one day. We have an artifis artific artifar pretend tree :)xx
Grete did a superb job choosing just the purrfect tree!
We do not have anywhere to put a tree here at the Swamp. Bugger. Nana does have her little 4 foot tree in her TV room. Festive. We has that. We just can't get near that tree. Bugger.
I am embarrassed to admit that the few times my human has put up a tree since I've been here, I've never been inclined to climb up it!
Fabulous job, Grete Woofie!
Last night, #1 had to stash our tree in the garage. It had been outside since Saturday afternoon and it was raining an draining. We hope it's dry enough to ring in soon.
We LOVE the pics ~ Grete chose well. And your tree looks really beautiful now it's decorated! xx
Grete you selected a beautiful tree, well done. I just love coloured lights they look so happy and festive. Oh sweet kitties we know you are ALL on Santa's good list!
PS - we mentioned you on our blog today :-)
Good job, Grete! We know you picked the purrfect tree!!
Ours finally got decorated! Now we have some new toys to play with!!
That looks like a purrfect tree you picked out, Grete!
Happy Monday to you all..
What a grand choice, Grete. We hope we get to have a real tree one year. We have a plastic one, and it doesn't taste very good. Doesn't stop us chewing it, though.
Grete, you made a splendid choice! We love your tree. Great job on the decorations too! :-)
We'd love to have a real one--we've never seen one. But our city doesn't pick them up, you have to take them to the recycle centre yourself. The mom wonders what the heck her high taxes are going for.
Crete you did an outstanding job of picking out the purrfect tree.
Last year, me climbed the tree before it was tied to the ceiling. It was quite exciting. Mommy says she is wiring the tree to the ceiling before she puts the cat toys on.
Grete sure knows how to pick trees!
Great tree fur sure Grete!!!
Grete, you picked out a lovely tree! Cory, c'mon! Sandy Claws gives everycat one indescretion...climb that tree!
Oh how much fun is this? That was a beautiful choice Grete!
We was wondering how Ginger is doing. We has her on our purr list.
