On Friday you all saw a shocking expose on my daughter Cory, caught in the act of stealing a prize spear of asparagus. This came at an unfortunate time because she was just selected to be a judge for "I Dare You All" #5. This is a very important position and my biggest concern is if she were to be convicted of thievery, she might be disbarred. Booted from the panel. The shame of it all. Turns out that a quick trial was held over the weekend, and she was acquitted, mostly because she did not harm the asparagus and she only wanted to play with it. No premeditation was involved. She is clear to be a judge. Whew!
What I don't understand is where Cory gets it...she's been called a "fegan"...a feline vegan. Could this be true? They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree...

Phew! We are very relieved to hear that Cory was aquitted. That could have been a tricky situation indeed!
Ellie, you mustn't be too hard on yourself. Perhaps it is Grete's influence? We saw the look in her eye when there was cheese around!
Oh never mind - I am sure Cory would be a good judge! Must go and see what the dare is all about.
We're happy to hear that Cory was cleared of any wrong doing. She's going to be a great judge!!

So glad to hear Cory was acquitted of all wrong doing in the case of the asparagus spear! We know she will make a mighty fine judge!
We are glad she was acquitted. We didn't think it could have been pre-meditated.
Sometimes kitties just want to have fun!
You fegans sure stick together! As long Cory is not prejudiced against carnivores, she will make a fair and decent judge.
I am sure she still loves her meat. I wouldn't worry about her!
Cory will be a great judge! Very cute =)

We watched the video very carefully, Ellie. We saw no harm come to the asparagus. We think a fair assessment was made and we are very glad she will be judging.
Phew! Sure glad effurything turned out ok!

Glad to hear Cory was aquitted, we know she will make an excellent and fair judge.
I like eating grass so maybe asparagus is just fat grass? FAZ

Haha! We think Cory having some real life experiences like "stealing" asparagus will make her an excellent judge!!
We are glad to hear that Cory was acquitted. We know she didn't mean any harm to come to the asparagus. Congratulations on your judging gig.

Some kitties just lovvveee veggies!
You can even feed your kitties a vegan diet, but you have to do a LOT of research so that you don't hurt the kitties.
Some cats have to eat vegan food because there are some rare kitties that are allergic to protein!
Glad to hear that Cory is safe to judge!
I love veggies too!! Cory is going to be a great judge!
Miss Ellie I thinks you have every reason to be happy and proud of your little Miss Cory, and we just knows that she will make a purrfect judge :)
Cory is solid, you've done a great job.
Good to know all is well with Cory and that she doesn't have a criminal record...well, at least not because of THAT incident anyway! ;)
