Society of Feline Gardeners- Thursday in the Garden with Jonesie

::Meowwww::

With all the soggy weather, the best place for a garden cat to be in sitting in the window.  Nice and warm and safe and dry.

I can see most of what's happening out there.  I can see the grass is soggy and muddy.  I can see all the potential of what I will plant this year.  I see....I see...

Wow!  Guess what I see?

Sykes!  See him down in the vegetable garden nomming on the nip that's still growing there?  This is no ordinary introoder.  Nope.

It's Figgy's Daddy!!!

Take a closer look.

He's a big tuxie boy but doesn't have the floof.  Figgy got his floof from his tortie momma.

Mom tried to get a closer photo but he ran off when he saw her approach with the flashy box.

Safe and dry is great, pretty kitty!
What a shame your visitor ran off! But at least he left some nip for the rest of you!

Isn't it fun that we were both window gazing today? And how cool to see Sykes, is he feral? And does Figgy every approach him? We hope Sykes is safe out there!

Love Alfie xx

Dat is a gorgeous picture of you sweetie. It's good your mom chased the intruder away before he ate all your nip.

Wow! A visitor! That is so cool! Hopefully he will hang around and can pay a visit to the v-e-t so that he doesn't become a Daddy anymore.

We are jealous of all the green you have to look at! All our green is hiding right now.

It wont be long before you'll be out in the garden every week. So nice to have Figgy's Daddy stop by for a visit.

Jonesie, You give great tours even from INSIDE! That is one big handsome Tuxie boy out there. But of course he runned away from the flashy box--it's what all kittehs do!

I have seen a white fluffy cat in our next door neighbour's garden, but he or she keeps running off when I try to say hello.
