Today you get to see my belly, but with a twist. Mom was playing with photoshop again. As if my original belly shot wasn't good enough, she felt she needed to alter it. Whatever.
I just wanted to point out that Jonesie is not the only one who has befriended our neighborcat "Freeta". She likes me too...and I don't make her work in the garden. I think that means she likes me best. Here we are hanging out in the messy part of the yard. Yup...no gardening happening here today! Just the way I like it.
And a little secret? Well for those of you who have been commenting on our lovely green "grass", I've got news for you. Jonesie has a green paw alright, but the green you see is moss, not grass! Ok, there is a bit of grass hanging on for dear life, but the moss is growing thick under our paws.
The biggest news of the day is that today is our 500th post!

Oh how we WISHED our yard was big enough for having a messy part. You girls are looking good, hanging out together in the sun. We wish Dado would be as nice as Freeta when he comes.

Congrats on 500! And we LOVE your moss! We have moss behind our house and Momma loves to walk barefoot on it. It was very mossy where she grew up and she says moss reminds her of a happy childhood.

Nice greenery! We have lots of moss too and mewmie planted it like a lawn in between flagstones...she said if it can grown on it's own, then she probably won't kill it!
