I have a confession to make.
I killed a birdie.
Mom saw me from the window, flinging myself through the air and having a great time. She thought I was chasing butterflies unsuccessfully. But no. When she came out, I had the birdie.
Mom was not too pleased but since I had already...uh...you know...she let me eat it.
Since mom was a bit disgusted with me, I did my best to be on my best and most handsome behavior the rest of the day.
I even exposed my belly.
I think I am forgiven.

As the Woman told Georgia, she was an excellent hunter and she was glad that she was so good and even brought her the bird as a gift, but she can go get her own food and she hated to see Georgia working so hard and so beautifully when she really didn't need her to... No more gifts...
We think the birdie population would go down so much if you kept hunting that you should stop at one!!

I bet it tasted good! Yum, fresh birdy!
Was the birdie tasty? I hope you don't kill anymore birds, though....
Did it taste like chick-hen? Mommy won't kiss me after i've been killin hoppers. She'd faint if she knew efurry place my mouth is! MOL!
I know Figaro, My mom is not proud of me too when I catch da birdy too ! It's not our false !!! Da birdy set us up !!! Think about it ! Da birdy knew well we are cats, and still come so close, What else we can do ?
This is has been blamed da cat from generation to another generation which is not fair !
Good work Figaro! Teddy is taking notes.
Figaro - you are a mighty hunter for sure!
Wow, Figaro! We are so impressed!! Both with your hunting skills and your cuteness.
We're very impressed with your hunting abilities, Figaro! After all, that's what cats are supposed to do. And our mom, while sorry that the bird was killed, is relieved you ate it. She can't stand it when we just toy with prey. So you did well!
You are such an amazing hunter, Figaro! We think most humans are squeamish about those kinda things. Our Mom feels bad when we kill spiders or flies in our apartment, so we know she'd be sad about a birdie!
Figaro, I am impressed by your hunting prowess. Mom is sad for the bird, but knows you killed it by instinct.
You have no idea how impressed I am Figaro... no idea.
Purrs and high-paws,
Goldie
Figaro, we think yoor mom would forgive yoo ennyfin'!
Awe, we forgive you! *gag* That was mom! MOL
I agree, that is quite impressive, ya done good!
A www tell your mom that Gabriel caught a mouse one day and I was so disgusted but also proud because you have to be fast fast and sneaky to catch mousies and birdies

You are a fierce hunter! And of course you're forgiven. Moms always forgive us.
A guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do...Mommy says at least you didn't bring it inside, alive, and let it go to wreak havoc and crap EVERYWHERE, like CC did with his dove...
Oh Figgy, your tummy is adorable!!
Well, at least you didn't try to present the mutilated corpse to your Mom as a gift!
When you eat that thing, don't you get a lot of feathers in your mouth? I wouldn't think that was very appetizing.
Ah well, it's nature's way, and really no crime, though if I was your Mother I wouldn't want to kiss your lips anytime soon.
Just doing what comes naturally.
Good for you, Figaro!! Ooops, shouldn't have said that, SS is frowning at me for condoning killing birdies. I used to do that when I was younger, now they are too fast for me and SS always throws things to alert them of my presence.
Registered readers. It is cute cats. From Osaka, Japan
Figaro, we know the real reason you exposed your belly is because it was so full of that birdie you had to stretch it. But we will let your Mom think you were doing it to be cute!
Birds are very tasty. Mum doesn't like us catching them, so we do it when she's not looking.
