Prepare to get your paws wet! It's been raining and blustery in my garden.
The days continue to get shorter and by the time mom gets home from work, it's dark outside. I miss the long sunny evenings of summer. I sniff the fall air and find that I love all seasons in my garden for different reasons. This time of year the smell of fallen leaves and wet grass makes me grateful for my warm home and family.
Since dad fixed the roof to the gazebo, I have a dry place to hang out when the rain starts. The cushions are still on the outdoor furniture. If mom were brave enough to show you a close up of the cushions, you'd see a lot of gray fur!
When we get a break from the rain, there is nothing else I would rather do besides sit in my garden and purrr.

I wish we had a gazebo... although I imagine it wouldn't matter much, as I'm not allowed outside and couldn't go visit it.
I like to sit and nap in the garden too Jonesie, but we also are having far too much rain.
Well, you should be able to relax in your garden, Jonesie. You've done so much work there during the spring and summer months.
Nice job Jonesie. I am all hissy. See Mommy LIED to me, she said the doggies were on the other side of the fence and couldn't bother ME. So I was sitting on the lounger next to her and we were chilling in the Hummingbird Cottage,and......Tuiren who was all WET jumped up beside us. The escape artist had snuck out went swimming in the pond and came to say hi to us. ~Scylla still throwing a hissy fit
You do such an awesome job of gardening, Jonesie. So we think you deserve to sit in your garden ab=nd enjoy when you have a chance. :)
Your gazebo is a great place to enjoy the fall weather and wonderful whiffies outside!
