Tuxie Tuesday

I like going outside.  Of course I only like it for about 10 minutes or so, then I want back in.

But in those 10 minutes, I own the yard!  Don't tell Jonesie I said that.

When I go back in the house I get fussed over.  Some of you may know that I've lost weight.  I'm only about 6 pounds now.  That makes mom worry.  Dad worries too.

It's a good thing.  Because when mom and dad both worry, they go to Costco to buy rotisserie chickens.  They are quite generous in sharing with me.  It's working out in my favor that they want to fatten me up!

Life is good.

I love it when I get special food. And that must be really special for you if your folks are getting it for you cause they don't eat much meat! Wow. I hope you are okay and start putting on some more weight again though. That worries me a little bit too.

I don't weigh enough either and nobody can figure out why. I actually do eat usually... although I am not going to complain about the extra chicken I also get!

Hi Bennette! We read about your sisfur Jonesie in our friend Savannah's blog. Savannah and her Mom have introduced us to many interesting blogs so we were excited to meander on over and say hello. We live with our two-legged HuMom, our boy/man and the Grand HuMom. As for us four-legged furies there are the Ginger twins, Tiger & Pumpkin and our woofie, Lizzie. And of course there is Hitch, the criminal cat and me, Mistletoe. We don't have a blog of our own, although Hitch has guested for Savannah once, ( he thinks I don't know) and we have been accused of taking up too much comment space. Can I help it that I like to converse? I'm a kitty with a lot to Meow about. Maybe someday we'll get our own blog, but until then we enjoy reading all the wonderful blogs already in production. We enjoyed meeting you all,
Purrs,
Mistletoe & Hitch

Hi Bennette - we also saw the article about your sisfur Joansie in Savannah's blog. It was a great article, and we were very engrossed with Joansie's story. We're so thankful she got to stay in your home with your family. What an amazing story.
