::Meowwww::
Happy New Year from my garden! I'm hoping for great things this year.
Right now, I'm just focusing on getting out when I can. I've been doing a lot of looking out the window and staying warm. We have had a few days of sunbeams and cold dry weather. Purrfect for me to get for an hour or so and check things out.
As you can see, there are still some leaves out and the lawn could use a winter haircut. Grete came out with me and agrees with my assessment.
The gazebo doesn't have the summer lawn furniture in it right now. It's hibernating for the winter.
There are still some carrots and things leftover in the garden beds. Mom and dad have been slacking.
Figaro wants to help me, but he's just annoying.
Brothers.
I think I'll take my spot on the garden bench and start making plans for spring. It's never to early to start!

I bet you already have some great ideas for spring planting, Jonesie!
Oh enjoy the sun while it lasts! And I can't wait to see how your plans work out!
Ooo you should plant some tuna trees!!
Enjoy the nice days when you have them!
We like the idea of tuna trees. We wonder if you have to water them a lot.
The garden bench looks like the purrfect spot to make plans.
I will never have a garden anything like yours, Jonesie, but I have decided to plant a small herb garden this spring!
Your yard looks good even when it's a little nekkid, Jonesie. We got snow in ours. Want us to send you some??
You're right, it's good to start planning early!
Our "garden" is buried under about 40 cms of snow and the temp is -20 Celcius...no windchill. We're too cold to even *think* of our garden!
It's nice to see your green grass Jonesie...we are blanketed with snow!!!
You are wise to start planning early, Jonesie. Things have a way of running away with you if you don't!
Purrs,

Here we are wishing you a most happy new year. We can't get out into our garden.. its just too sodden from rain. It was lovely seeing yours! Love Darcy, Bingley and Helen xxx
Spring seems so far away!
I hope you're more patient than me.

I see you are right on top of things!
Have a delicious New Year!
Good job, Jonesie! Isn't it nice when the weather permits you to check out the garden? I'll be you really appreciate it!
Wow, we is so jealous of your garden. We has mounds of snow a grassillion feet deep. Mom says there is no way we're getting outside for a long time yet. Sasha is sad :(

Yes this is the planning season.
We are looking thru CATalogs at seeds. Time to plan the garden for 2013.
Never too early to plan. We mean to get some pics for the blog but SS has been sick and I have not been cooperative whenever she got the camera out.

Hi Jonesie,
we enjoy seeing you and the Figster in your winter floofage. Happy New Year to you! We hope 2013 will be a great gardening year.
Doesn't the garden feel just a little bit sad at this time of year? I'm sure you'd rather remember it in it's glory, Jonesie.
At least you're lucky that you don't have piles of snow like we do. It's liked we've been snowed under -- even the trees are bending from the weight of the snow.
Good idea to start planning for Spring. January and February will be gone in a flash. It's March that usually hangs on a long time.
We're going to have a whole new garden to plant in our front yard in the Spring, since it was all redone. So, we can look forward to lots of gardening posts from Dante, too.
Happy New Year to you all. We wish you good health, good fortunate and a whole lot of happiness!
My Mum thinks the same about her garden...she says she want to go out, but its too cold.
Hi, I'm Miss Kitty and i follow your blog. Mummy made me a new blog and i want to invite you to follow me too....will you? Thank you much Jonesie. Purrs...Miss Kitty
