Society of Feline Gardeners- Thursday in the Garden with Jonesie

::Meowwww::

Welcome back to my garden!  Can you tell I've got my serious look on my face?   We discovered pests in the garden this week.  And I don't mean Figaro.

While I've been doing my best to take care of everything, evil weevils moved in on my artichokes.

They are UGLY!  And hungry.
Dad has declared WAR!

I'm doing my part by being extra vigilant.

I haven't yet figured out what else I'm going to do.   I don't suppose they figured out our super secret password, do you?  I know you wouldn't have meowed anything.

At least our clematis is going crazy and looking beautiful.

pee ess...in case any of you were wondering.  Ellie never let Nigel actually touch her during their photo shoot...they got VERY close.

Hi Jonesie & Kitties, My Human has really been slackin' on the visiting lately. I am going to have get out the cattle prod, I think. Good to see you, even with the weevils. Eh, just a little extra protein with your 'choke.

Jonesie, did you hear my human gasp all the way up where you are? She is HORRIFIED that anything other than humans is eating your artichokes!

Your clematis is gorgeous, ours never gets that big.

Bad weevils. I suppose we could organize a weevil hunt.

Zowie - that Clemitis is gorgeous. M said ours will bloom in a couple of weeks, but it's not that full. They are so pretty. You do such a good job with your garden.

Oh no, not evil weevils! Mum has stopped growing primulas because they kept eating through the roots. Your clematis is looking lovely. Ours has started to flower as well.

We don't know what weevils look like, and we don't think we have any. That clematis is so incredible. How did it ever get so big? Mom could use some tips. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
