Welcome back to my garden! Seems we had our 2 days of 90 degree weather and now we're right back down in the 70's. Sigh. At least the warmer weather did wonders for my tomatoes!
We had bees buzzing in the buddliea.
Our pears are getting ready to eat. If mom stops being lazy, perhaps she can dry some or make pear sauce.
My brother Figaro was busy trying to look handsome. Apparently quite a few of you girl kitties...and mothers too (sheesh!!) want to be his girlfurriend. Figgy is a bit overwhelmed with all of the attention.
I feel I must let you girls know exactly what you are getting into. I mean when Figgy says he gets a wee bit dirty...::ahem:: LOOK AT THOSE PAWS!!!!

I tell you he's a regular Pig Pen!
But he's a love...and I think he wants to be boyfriend girlfriend with everyone!!!
He's only 2...what does he know? He'll have to figure this out on his own.
In the meantime he needs to help me in the yard!

Do you know that my human has NEVER seen pears on a tree, only in the market? You TOTALLY have my permission to laugh at her.
My mom is the same as Sparkle's human, so she have a look with big eyes ( Imagine Chinese eyes try to get big..MOL )
For me, I always get dirty too. but lucky I got lots of black part, I can hind dirty dirt pretty good..tee..heh

I'm embarrassed to say my mom was one of those hoo want soppy over Figgy ~ she just LOVES cats! End of!

SS love your pears - they look yummy! Me, I am not so interested. My uncle also has pear trees but they don't look as good as yours.

It's gotten a lot cooler here...only in the 60s and 50s for tomorrow. Mom's actually talking about cleaning up the garden this weekend!

Your pears are lovely, Grandma made some pear bread and Mommy thought it was most yummy. So when she saw your lovely pears she got a wee bit envious.
Tell Figgy not to worry, Arty is often very dirty herself as she really gets into helping Mommy weed and she managed to catch lots of boyfriends, (sigh) she too just loves everyone, I mean you should see her with FENRIS. And besides being our brother he is a DOG!!!
The dirtier the paws, the harder the worker, right? :D
By the way, do you kitties go out in the garden when the weather gets cold?

We biggified the picture and saw all of the garden stuff!! Those pe4ars look great. Mom has to get Dad to pick some of our avocados. She's too short to reach them.

Figaro, we both are paws-on type of ladycats and we too get dirty when outside gardening. With Chilli it's easy to shake off dust because she's silky and slender but Siena collects quite the debris. It's a floofy thing we say. You are SO sucessful at looking handsome today!
Well, at least your tomatoes were helped by the weather!

Lovely garden cat day post! We have never had garden dirt on our paws, even though we have a little garden, we don't get to go outside so we sure enjoy seeing your adventures! Yes, handsome Figgy! And tasty looking pears, too!
Glogirly has never seen a pear tree either. But she LOVES to eat them. And never shares. Gee, what a surprise. ; )
