::Meowwww::
So good to see you all back in my garden!
I've been spending quite a bit of time overseeing the whole garden while I snoopervise the more detailed projects.
A garden cat has got to be sure that she doesn't spread herself too thin.
It's important to spend time in your humans lap...get a view of the garden from their purrspective.
This week, the sedum was looking super beautiful. It will start turning colors very soon.
Figaro took control of the more detailed projects like adding grass seed to dirt patches and watching it grow. It takes a talented gardencat with soft gentle paws to get a good look at the seedlings without squashing them. A human can't do that.
At the end of the day, there's nothing quite like sharing our adventures and stories. Figaro has been such a fine garden apprentice when he's not hunting birdies and bugs. He makes me purr...when I don't want to whap him.

It's good to have an apprentice. We like your sedums. It is way too shady here for them but perhaps another place... and who knows where that place is?!
We love to see your garden Jonesie! We hear it has been a very funky wet Summer in your neck of the woods. Hopefully Autumn will be warmer and drier.
We love sedums and have some in our garden too :)
Jonesie don't give Figaro too many responsibilities in the garden or he will be asking for full time employment after his apprenticeship :P

Good to see that Figaro is shaping up so well. Soon you will be able to delegate more responsibility to him.
Don't forget to come by my place tomorrow. Party time!
I'm afraid I would probably gnaw on seedlings... I don't think I would make a very good gardening cat.
Your garden looks sooo pretty! You look so pretty Cory and wow what a landscape architect you are to think of overseeing the look and feel of the garden from all angles and perspectives. Maybe Figaro could give us some grass growing pointers because we have a couple of spots that just don't want grass to grow. Of course, now with two woofies, we can forget the gentle, soft paw treatment for any new grass!! Purrs to you all from all of us!
You haf a beyootiful garden. Mommy lufs the sedum. We are so ready fur fall's colors! xoxo
Can you believe it's is September already? Where did the year go?
C'mon over to my party as soon as you're ready!
Love Alfie (the birthday boy hoo is now 3!)
Your Sedum looks so beautiful, I can't wait till it change the color : ) Me and Mom love your Autumn Garden look like a Spring Garden, Everything is so lush and green : )
xoxo
Jonesie, Your garden looks very nice you have been doing a terrific job with Figaro's help.
You and Figaro are a great gardening team, Jonesie. Audrey would quite agree about spending time on a human's lap while overlooking everything. It helps to keep the bottom warm on a cool morning too!
You and Figaro are keeping an excellent watch on your garden, Jonesie! And it is looking very good! Our sedum is doing well too...we can't wait to see its colors!
Figaro's apprenticeship is coming along very well under your tutelage, Jonesie! You're a wonderful teacher!
It is so nice to see you both in the garden working together!!!
That is quite the gardening team you've got there!!!
We like seeing gardens. We can not have one because The Boyz would eat it all up!
Your garden is beautiful!
Happy Thursday,
~ The Bunch
We like your grass growing technique! If we ever get a dry patch, I'll put my paws to work!
You are both doing so well in your lovely garden!
Great snoopervising by both of you! Thanks fer the reminder about planting grass; we have some spots to fill too. The sedums are looking good! Ours have JUST shown the first slight blush of color.
You and Figaro make a great team, Jonesie!
Purrs,
The Chans
Hi Jonesie--I like your garden. I'm a new blogging cat, linking up for the first time. Thanks for giving me a way to de-stress. George aka Captain Cat-tastic
Such a lovely garden!
Maybe one day we will be able to garden, too. But it's hard to do in a 5th floor flat...
Wishing you a lovely Long Weekend Holiday!
Blessings,
Rose and the Royals
Our sedums have the first blush of pink. Pretty but sad since they mark autumn for me. I'll be showing all the cats gamboling in the garden on Friday.
Good to see all of you at my party. Thanks so much for coming by. Forgot to ask Grete to jump across and keep the poor doggie next door company. He is left there on his own most of the time because his care takers work long hours and leave him out in the back.
Who would have guessed he's be such a good Apprentice? You are a furry wonderful trainer, Cory.
We meant Jonesie!
