::3 paw taps::
Sometimes I hope and purr that I'll be able to take a day off. You'd think Figaro could take over primary garden snoopervision duties once in awhile. He assists, but has yet to take charge.
It's up to me to watch the garden grow.
I had meows with Figgy, but it turned into a hissy fit on my part. He just shrugs it off.
He did start catching bugs shortly after our discussion, so something got through to his furry little brain.
Then...sigh...the slackers show up. First Remington thought exposing his belly to the squash would help them grow.
Then Figaro joined in since he thought it was a good idea.
Then Ginger...any excuse to expose her belly fur in the name of encouraging garden growth.
A garden cat's work is never done.
In honor of International Box Day, Bennette and Ellie show how it's done!
Please leave a link and see what all the other garden cats are doing this week!

You mean showing my belleh will not help things grow this year? The Woman thinks they need all the help they can get as we still only have tomatos (straggly) and radishes...
You'd think the amount of beely that I have been showing would make my garden a champion in the district. Alas, no, it doesn't work that way. SS actually needs to do some work on it, hear that, SS?
BOXES? Now, we are mieowing! Come and see the one box that I (and most kitties) don't like.
Just a question - with all this garden work, why do the humans have to go out and buy berries? Are there none in the garden?! Jonesie, shouldn't something be done about that?
Hi Jonesie, I hope to do a gardening post very soon. But mom is at the hospital all day today wiv dad (re his poorly eyes)~ so there's not much time to blog. :sigh:
We love the box pic!
Love Alfie xx
we loved all those tummies and curls. We agree that boxes are lovely items too! Love Darcy and Bingley xx
That's a berry nice box you have there.
Jonesie, Because you are a master of the garden, the rest of the crew can relax and HA! show their tummy : )
xoxo
We didn't know showing your belly would make things grow. Maybe we should show our bellies to our nip!!
Happy Box Day!!
THUD!!!
Sorry Jonesie, I got distracted by your sister!

Gees, Jonesie, as if you don't have enough garden work...But to have to deal with the slackers too? That's a lot on your plate!
It seems like Jonesie has lots of helPURRS but in reality all they want to do is squash the squash!
Let's face it, the garden has gone belly up!
That is some serious tummy power going on at your house!!! I'm certain it will help things in the garden :-)
Jonesie, maybe showing your belly will make the garden grow!!!!
HJmmmm... It looks like that little patch is very good when it comes to growing furry tummies!!!
You sure do have a great garden and lots of helpers too! Hey, Happy IBD everyone!
Do exposed bellies really help the garden grow? Let us know!
We're doing our garden post tomorrow, box day post took up all our space today.
Well, Jonesie ... if bellehs help your garden to grow, you are in for an amazing harvest! :)
Happy IBD!
Lots of rolling around in your garden!!

Good job of making the garden grow pals. You are very dedicated. Don't let the slackers share in the rewards either.
You are a top gardening team, that's fur sure. And we love that floofy belly.
showing your belly to make the garden grow faster is PURE GENIUS!!! I LOVE to show my belleh!! I am an indoor kitty but maybe I can show my belleh from the patio window! I will try it!
My Mom and I loved how even your box kept with the garden theme!!
Your garden is HUGE!!
Love, Cody and Mom
Cute box photo! Great snoopervision on the garden. If those bellah shots don't grow veggies, i don't know what will! Purrs.
LOVE the kitty bellies and the pic in the box is TOO cute!
Our lime tree is just being a tree at the moment so maybe I should show it my belleh to encourage the limes to grow?
Mum says our garden is going to need more than us showing our bellies this year because she only planted tomatoes.
Jonesie
We think your garden is absolutely fabulous!

Sorry we were late getting by. (sigh) we know you will forgive us as it was the garden that kept us away.
Thanks for coming by for Arty's party and bringing Grete. Fenris had a blast playing with her.
We bet you will have the biggest, yummiest squash EVER because of all of the kitty belly exposure in your garden.
