I had to go to the groomers last week. Apparently, I was less than purrfect...with big ol' mats under my paw pits and on my bum. I wouldn't let mom brush them out. Every time she came near with with the Furminator, I'd run.
Now that I'm back, I feel fantastic! I can air out my furs and not have any excess fluff in my way.
The best thing to do...especially if you are a mancat and you come back from a groomers smelling...um...pretty...is go out and roll in the dirt and nip.
Mom gets all goofy when I crinkle up my nose like this.
Ah yes...I smell like a man once again!

Figgy! We hope you drew bluds at the groomers...or did they clip your clawrs, too? Oh, the humiliation...thank Cod you were able to dirt roll right away.
Our recently bathed furblings are happy to be clean, and they've been shedding like maniacs in retribution! Mommy combed John and it looked like a cat exploded on the Catio, there was so much fur.
It's impawtant to smell mancatly ~ yoo don't want to have gerly smells! Yoo are looking GOOD Figaro!
We bet you feel much better with those mats gone from your furs though. And of course, now that you smell like a mancat again, that helps you feel better too.

Oh Figgy, I hear you! The armpits and the back area are really really prone to mats. I don't like the Furminator either, but luckily I like to be brshed with our normal brush. That's a nice nip spot you got there!
