Meow! Welcome back to my garden!
I'm getting excited because even though the silly groundhog said there would be 6 more weeks of winter, it feels just a little bit like spring around here. We've had some rain, but we've had a few days of sunshine too. Last weekend it seemed like all the neighborhood cats were frolicking in our yard for a visit. They are buzzing about the garden party I'm going to host with Alfie this summer.
I had to go check the seedlings that are growing in the greenhouse. They are not growing very fast, but they are still growing!
I think they'd grow better if we had a heater, but mom doesn't think we need one. Maybe next year I can convince her to get one.
The chives are coming up nice and strong. I decided to eat the grass instead. Chives are a little too strong for my taste.
Time to check out the shed! You can never have too many tools.
The snow drops are up too! A sure sign of spring. Purrrrr....
I can't forget it's time to order seeds! Even after a long day in the garden a garden cat's work in not done. I will study hard for the right seeds and put a paw print on the pages so mom will know what to order. There are so many choices she'd get confused if I didn't help.
Please leave a link and let me know what's going on in your garden this week!

PeeEssWoo: Hi Grete!
Jonsie, without you there would never be any gardens, anywhere. I'm sure of it.
Wee! I love garden! I wish I could teach some word about garden next week :)
You are certainly very busy in your garden. My garden is still buried in several inches of snow.
great job snoopervising. Our snowdrops are slow this year, but just coming up now. D & B
You ARE very busy Jonesie. We're still watching the snow. I think the groundhog had it in for us!
*sigh*
Jonesie, it's amazing how hard you werk! Even in winter, you don't rest.
Well, it sure doesn't feel like spring around our house with 8 inches of snow on the ground! Guess we'll hafta enjoy your spring, Jonesie!
Meow!
We trust you over the groundhog anyday. Your snowdrops look like fairies should be living in them:)
Jonesie, you definitely are a master gardener!
Our mom is absolutely green-eyed with jealousy over the grass, chives and snowdrops.
As for us, we can't wait to get out and eat grass again, then tear through Mom's garden and destroy--er, prune--all her plants.
It'll be a few months yet, though!
We really miss helping our Grampy in the garden, Jonesie. But we are Not Allowed Outside anymore. ::sigh::
PS. Hi, Cory! xo
Oh Jonesie I'm so jealous, I just keep getting doused with snow. At least I can virtually get away to your yard
You are so good with your garden! How about sharing some spring with us!
Nice to see you enjoying your garden, Jonesie...Mom is so lucky to have all your help out there...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
Bring on Spring ~ we are ready for some sun. Yoor snowdrops are beautiful.

You're garden sure keeps you busy! We love those snowdrops. Mom's chives and parsely are thriving. She almost killed our new catnip, but it seems to be coming back.

I think I shall have to go to the Woman and insist she buy good seeds. Perhaps I shall join you in that snoopervision! We still don't have snow drops up here yet!
Jonesie, we so enjoy our Thursdays when we can be in your garden with you.....we live in an apartment complex, so don't have a garden, although we do have a few pot plants on our tiny patio.
About the ground hog..our mamabug said she heard on the news that he's only correct about 39% of the time....and it does sound like Spring is in the air there, as summer will soon be here.....we usually go from winter directly into summer. xxxxxxxxx
We might get 1 or 2 inches of snow!!!!!! This is very weird weather for us. We are ready for SPRING not more WINTER. We are tired of COLD. ~AFSS
Don't get stuck in that shed Jonesie!!!
It is so good of you to be such a good snoopervisor! We are certain your humans wouldn't get anything done in the garden without you!
Jonesie, we are in awe of you. You work so hard in your garden. We have got lots of snowdrops up and some crocuses too. Some of the daffodils on the sheltered hedge have got buds too. It has turned very cold again but the sun shone all day. We hope Spring gets here soon.
Our garden is stone cold frozen!
It can be so hard to get the bean counters (!) to agree to spending money on necessary items!
How exciting Jonesie! That grass in your yard is so long and green already -- I'm sure it tastes better than chives.
Those snowdrops are gorgeous -- Alfie showed us one in his garden last week, too. I haven't seen any around here -- there's still too much snow.
I'm sure you will scour that Seed Cat-a-log with your hawklike eyes, and pick out just the right things for your garden this year. Your mom and dad sure are lucky to have a garden expurrt like you!
There's a Sweet Award waiting for you on our kitty blog
I'm gonna post about my garden next week! ~Crikey

You're soooo lucky. We're still in deep winter here.
When the snow drops comes to our garden we'll start our garden posts!
Thanks for taking us on a walk of your garden, getting ready for spring, and the snowdrops are lovely. We like the photo of you walking into the shed, very confident and a great tour guide!
