Mom Cam Monday

Mom and dad have been leaving the house really early in the morning. Earlier than usual. Now that it's light at 5am, they have been disappearing more than usual. I had to investigate. My quality time is being impacted. I rigged up "Momcam" again and what I found when I down loaded the pictures was shocking. This time mom wasn't traveling by bike, a car was involved and dad was with her...the same vehicle that takes me to the v-e-t. I knew it couldn't be good.

What? Water?

Why would mom and dad go near so much water?

What the heck are these? Mom never told me about this...

Are these big enough to support mom and dad? What if they fall in? Who will take care of me?

OH...FEVVVVERS! And baby FEVVVVERS! This is very wonderful...but... I can't even show you the next pictures I downloaded...too scary for words. They were surrounded by water on all sides! What were they thinking?

Then I saw the usual boring office pictures....then for some reason she escapes that place she calls "work" and this is what I see...

Some sort of human gathering...it's called the Rose Festival...

Do they have yummy food here? Mom smelled very interesting when she came home that day...

Oh no! More water! And that was the end of it...I think she's got some explaining to do. Isn't she supposed to go to the office hunting place directly and them come home directly to me? I love spring and summer but at least in the winter mom and dad stick closer to home...and ME!

No Easy Sunday- Big Gardening Weekend

This is a big weekend at my house. Memorial Day weekend is when all the veggies and herbs go in the ground. All danger of frost is past and it's time to get digging. Mom and dad had to go to the garden center so I had some time to relax on the deck. I was curious about where they go, so I rigged up mom cam. Cory said she had success with it. When they got back I downloaded the pictures. Whoa, look at all the little plants! How does mom choose without me there?

I wish I could be there to sniff them all...

Hey wait a second...what the heck is this? Mom?! Is that why you smelled like another cat when you got home?

Oh no! He's giving me the raspberry. The nerve!! I bet he destroys the profits on their catnip...

Mom...you got some explaining to do!

Apparently his name is Mosey and he's one of the resident cats at the garden center. Mom said why would she shop somewhere where there are no cats? You got to support the businesses that have cats working there. That made sense to me. Sort of...I mean she didn't have to pet him did she?? I'm the supreme garden cat, aren't I?

And I can give an upside down raspberry. Now that is talent!

Find out Lots Friday- Mom Cam

Cory here! On Tuesday I told you I was going to rig up a camera on my mom. You wouldn't believe what I found when I pulled "mom cam" off my mom and downloaded the pictures! I knew she left early and came home after what seems like FOREVER...but I had NO idea what she was up to or where she went. I was shocked at what I found...she actually rides this thing... She is out there on the street! I would be in so much trouble if I did that!

Of course what I found next would shock you...it was the most boring photos I've ever seen...I think they call it an office building. I've removed those shots because I didn't want to bore you or put you to sleep. After a billion office shots, it looks like she gets back outside again...

A creek...wow, are we honorary "Creek Cats"?!!! Then she was home again.

Yup that's me inspecting her bike bags. They always smell so interesting and now I know why! I need to rig up "mom cam" more often. I think I can learn a whole lot more, like where she hunts for cheese. I think she's holding out on me. This also brings up the possibility of "Grete cam" and "Dad cam"...do you think they'd notice the camera dangling from their necks?
