Momma Ellie in the Garden on Thursday

::Meowwww::

Today I'm pawing it over to Momma Ellie to report on her garden activities.   I've given her a briefing on her duties and she's ready to go.

Rubbing on corn to make the stalks grow big and strong is not easy to do.  You have to have a lot of finesse.

Always be on the lookout for introoders.

You never know when a rascally rabbit might come along and steal a carrot or 2.

At the end of a hard day 5 minutes of work it's great to roll in the grass.

Enjoy your roll in the grass. Did you come in and mother everyone?

Ellie is a very responsible kitty - I can see she did her job well!

You should at least get a diploma for that. Or do you already have one?

The humans do realize we get more work done in 5 minutes then they get done in an entire day don't they? Ellie seemed to be doing a great job under your watchful eye.

You work very hard Ellie and I am sure your rubbing made those corn stalks smell good and grow big and strong.

5 minutes of work IS a full day, as far as we're concerned.

Happy birthday to Figaro!
