Hi there!  We are finally back from our blogcation!  We've never taken one before so we had no idea what to expect.  You know what?  We were abandoned for 2 whole weeks!   Mom and dad went WAY far away to a place on the other side of the world...where Teddy lives.  Mom swears she did not snuggle with any other kitties while they were away, although when she says it she sounds sad about it.

 

Then as soon as mom and dad got home, dad had to leave again for another week.  That left only 1 lap in the house until Sunday.

 

But, the hardest thing this past week was learning that Meezer Momma Jan left for the Human Rainbow Bridge.  We are devastated. 

I'll take over from here Cory.   As a Meezer myself, we have always felt a special connection to Jan and her beloved Sam, Simon and Sabrina.  They were among the first furriends we found when we started blogging in 2008.  We will be devoting all of our purrs for them for the next week.

 

We are still wrapping our furry minds around all of this, so we will plan a tribute post for Jan on Saturday.

Mom says she has a hard time photographing us inside the house in the fall and winter.  With our black furs and mom refusing to use a flash inside the house, we have to suffer a kazillion outtakes while mom keeps trying. 

Nice try mom.  

We are not really in the mood to get our photos taken today.  We learned that our good furriend Parker was diagnosed with cancer.  Please join us in purring for her and her family.
