No time in the garden this week my furriends. Both Cory and I have had a rough week. Both of us went to the v-e-t place. We have an awesome v-e-t...but I'd rather not see him if you know what I mean.
As some of you know I have a long standing condition known as rodent ulcers. I sometimes get weird things happening. I have a lesion on my tongue. I'm not too freaked out by it since it happened before and it went away. I had a recheck and the one I currently have is not getting better but it's not getting worse. I'm so special, my v-e-t will be consulting with a specialist.
That's what they always do for special cats, right?
As for Cory, she's been having pee issues. The v-e-t stole some of Cory's pee to send off to a lab somewhere. Really? A lab? Like a Labrador Retriever? What's a dog gonna do with Cory's pee?
Hmmmm
Anyway, as you can see from the photos, all we wanted was huggy time with our daddy. There's nothing like daddy love when you are feeling put upon.
The garden will have to wait.

Aw, Jonesie, we're sorry you and Cory had to endure the evil v-e-t. Ernie sometimes gets ulcers on his mouth...the v-e-t thinks it's allergy related and when the sore is real bad, she gives him a shot. We sure hope yours goes away soon. And we hope Cory's pee issues will get better too. Zoey says she can relate to that...though since the mom has been adding lots of water to her stinky goodness, she hasn't had an problems.

I have something similar to a rodent ulcer that I was born with....you can tell my looking at my mouth. The vet said it isn't a rodent ulcer though. Are you sure that is what you have? Love, Cody

Oh, we love you both so much, and are purring and praying that all is right very soon. Hugs.
Oh you poor, poor babies! I'm sure that mean v-e-t- traumatized you both. Stealing pee and poking ulcers!!! He (or she) should be shot! (Instead of you getting shots that is).
Seriously, I hope they can find something to make that nasty ulcer go away. It must be hard to eat.
And for Cory, hopefully there's a ready remedy for that too.
Get all better you two.
We hope you will be better soon!!!!
