I admit I'm glad the 4th of July is all over now. I lost purrfectly good garden time because of all the kaboomies in the neighborhood. I wasn't bothered by it...
But mom didn't want me outside. AT ALL. It didn't matter how much I meowed, I was ignored.

We were stunned that that weren't boomies in our neighborhood this year. Thrilled. Obviously, we have better neighbors now.

Sometimes I think it's the humans who are more scared of all that noise! Otherwise, why would they make such a big deal about keeping kitties indoors?
