Jonesie! I'm back in the garden!
You know what that means. Time to get to work and see what's been going on while Figaro has been in charge.
Yup, the garden beds have been cleaned out. Still some detail work to attend to, but most of it looks good. I can see that daddy has slacked and left out a sprinkler outside all winter. I'll have to paw his leg to remind him to put things away properly in the shed where they belong.
The daffodils are starting to poke their heads out of the ground. It won't be long until they grow and we see some yellow around here.
There's something about mid-winter sunbeams that feel so good on your fur.
Cecilia came out to help me a bit. She's not much of a gardener but she is fantastic at chasing bugs and stuff.
I thanked Figaro for taking good care of the garden while I vacationed inside the house. He's going to be a promising gardening partner this year and he shows promise of one day becoming a Master Gardener. Now we have to plan what we will plant and grow this coming year. I think I should put some broccoli plants where Figgy has...um...planted himself!

I think with your snoopervision he will become an excellent gardener--and having an apprentice means he gets to do all the heavy work!
Jonsie, I see you are back in charge, and I am glad - even though Figaro did well, the garden needs you!
Jonesie, That's so great ! Figaro is going to help you this year. I can't wait what will happen in your garden next !

Good to see you back at the helm. Figaro is showing great promise to be a professional gardening cat.
BTW, any rabbits in your garden? There is a pretend one in mine, just to herald in the Chinese Year of the Rabbit.

Seeing you back in your garden makes us purr, Jonesie. We've got yellow Winter aconites blooming already and the Snowdrop are showing white flowerbud tips. Stragely no sight of dafs around here yet. It's starting - yay to a great gardening year ahead!
gardening is so much work. i doubt Fae would ever help me with mine if i had one. :(
Good to see you back out in the garden Jonesie!
It is so good to see you back in the garden, Jonesie! We're glad that Figgy (we love that) was so attentive to the garden while you were inside!
Nice to see you back out in the garden, Jonesie. And it's nice to see some grass for a change...instead of white stuff!!
It's so nice to see green grass in your pictures. We've forgotten what dat looks like.
Broccoli sounds like a good choice for that bed once you convince Figgy to move.
It's so good to see you back in your proper place.
So good to see Jonesie back in her garden, neck fluff fully restored! We are eager to start our gardening, looking forward to Spring!

Glad to see you back in your garden Jonesie. Figaro has done a very good job of looking after it for you.
Greetings Cory,
Is it not good not to have snow in the garden as so many other places in the US have. At least here where we are there is snow but it is very cold. THere was some sun but dad forgot about it being Thursday.
Warmest regards,
Miss Kitty and Egmont
You should plant some of those new blue daffodils. They are quite pretty!
Oh cool. This is the first time "The Boys" and I came over to see you from "Housecat Confidential".
While our four don't get outside, they do like to look out at what's going on.
It looks like you have lots of help in that garden.
Hope ya'll have had a fantastic weekend!!!
you have such an organised team of gardeners your end, we are so impressed at the levels of snoopervising that goes on! Love Darcy, Bingley and Helen xxx
