Films on Friday
Ok, the days of hiding my singing voice are over. I'm exposed. Out there. I might as well sign up for the next round of "America's Got Talent"...or "American Cat Idol". My mom has been following me around for over a year trying to get this. There is a reason I was elected Secretary of Socks for the Cat Blogosphere...and this is it!

OMC! I do the same thing! I sing when I carry Mousey but because he is plump Mom says I sound strangled. I also wont allow anyone to catch us together, as soon as someone is looking I drop him mid-meow.
Cory, this is the mama.........when I played your video, Sammy (he was laying behind me on the bed) immediately woke up and started looking around....now Sam loves his sleep and it's usually difficult to wake him for anything, but he definitely is the defender of our home so he came to attention very quickly.......luckily he didn't see you as any threat.....:))))))
Andy was nowhere to be seen when the video started, but it wasn't long before he came into the room looking around for the other kitty....when the video stopped, he went to the window and is looking out...now Andy is a lover not a fighter, whereas Sammy would be our fighter!!!!!!!!

Awwww, that was absolutely adorable Cory! Our dearly, departed sisfur, Scooter(RIP) used to carry around mom's sock, panties, and bras. Mom never knew who did it, but would come home from work and FIANLLY one day, caught her in the act. She used to raid the hamper! Silly! We think you have a lovely singing voice and would totally vote for you on America's Cat Idol!
How adorable! I turned up the sound and Domino and Dylan were looking all around trying to figure out where the "singing" was coming from.
Isn't Cory just the sweetest thing? She must love her Daddy very much, because I'm sure his socks smells like him. It was such a plaintive sound, her singing. Maybe she's trying to say "Daddy, where are you?"
That was well worth the wait to get that on video! Perfect! Tiny Johnson does that with his feather toy, we call it his "woo-feather" because he wanders around going "woooooo, wooooo"!

Oh Cory! Madame President does the exact same things with large catnip toys like kickers or rats, and she makes the exact same yowling...like when she is in heat! I am not sure if it is prey talk or if she thinks she's carrying around a kitten!
This is the most amazing video ever. We can only imagine the happy look on your mom's face when she finally got your performance taped. The moment we saw you with the sock mom burst out with laughter.
