Society of Feline Gardeners- Thursday in the Garden with Jonesie

::Meowwww::

Welcome to my fall garden.  We have been so lucky to get dry and sunny weather for weeks and weeks...but all good things must come to an end.  Rain is heading our way for the coming weekend.  You know what that means for a hard working garden cat...hurry up and get more things done!
 I did take some time to appreciate what I have and purr over my garden.  My lovely Cabernet grapes that grow by my gazebo did great.   There is still not enough to make any wine, but they are tasty to eat.  At least mom and dad say so.  So it must be true.

 The dahlias are starting to fall over.
 There are still a few raspberries for mom to pop in her mouth.
 Figaro admired the sedum and the Japanese Anemone before he lent a paw to my dad to finish up the gazebo project he's been working on for a year!
You can see how hard Figaro is working.  I am quite proud of him.
 Here you can see the project coming to a close.  Dad put a new beautiful roof on the gazebo so I won't get wet when it rains.  He's finishing up staining and protecting it...so by the time it rains, it will be all done.
And that makes me purrr.

Wow, that gazebo is pawsome! What a great place for kitties to sit when it's raining! Of course, the people will have to come out in the rain to give you special gazebo treats..

I wish WE had a gazebo! Not sure why that is not happening here. Maybe it has something to do with "ineptitude."

That gazebo is nice. Maybe a nice place for you to hide, place up high, should be in there too. Just in case evil intruders come around again.

Jonesie, the gazebo is gorgeous!!! What a beautiful roof! We love the lines AND the materials. So pretty.

It's fall here...lots of leaves to chase through the windows. But soon those leaves will turn to snow. ...not nearly as much fun to watch.

Enjoy your garden, Jonesie. It's so beautiful.
