Yeah! Just like Sparkle, we had NO tree this year. Just our Blog Mom sitting around with a heating pad on her belly and she wouldn't even let us SIT on it! We better have a tree next year or there will be trouble.
Aw, we always wait for the 12th day of Christmas to take ours down, so Leo, who seems to love the lights too, gets more time with his sparklies. Ok, I lie, we dont take down BEFORE the 12th day.. but it has been known to stay up lots longer some years.. hee hee Happy New year!
We will not be taking our tree down until after Epiphany so we have a few more days of enjoying the lights. It is always a bit sad to take it down, but we know there will be another one next Christmas!
Hi Cory, thank you for your lovely comment on our blog the other day, it's a pleasure to meet you all and if you don't mind we're going to stick around and see what you get up to in 2012! Happy new year! :)
We left our tree alone this year, the mom was VERY impressed. And it came down on the 27th, too, because it had gone up so early in November. So we've been back to normal in the house for a week now. :-)
Nigel We are sorry for your sads, but that tree will be back.Mom still hasn't taken down the inside stuff but she did do the outside lights. purrs >^,,^< ♥Abby♥Boo♥Ping♥Jinx♥Grace♥
I was verreh relieved when the Human said we can keep all our Krissymouse decorations up till next Caturday. When she was a little girl, everything always stayed out till "Little Krissymouse" on January 6, so we have four more days! YAY!
Maybe you could tell the humans that over here one can keep the tree up until the 6th of January when the three king came and they will grant you more time with it next year. You sure look like you will be missing that tree, Nigel. Happy New Year to all of you!

Yeah--I was bummed that I did not get a tree this year. The woman promises that's an usual occurence.

Aw, BUMMER! We think you should join a Tree-a-Month club, then you would have a fresh one ALL YEAR!

We got a tree the year, but Mommie could not wait to take it down. She packed away everything on the day after Christmas.
We will be sad when ours comes down on Twelfth Night.
Nigel, I'm a bit out of sorts too because the tree is gone. I love having a tree in the house!
Ernie
If I had a Christmas tree I would be sad too :(
