Meow! Glad you made it to the meeting. Sorry for the confusion, but Cory insisted I move my meeting to Friday so we could participate in BlogBlast for Peace. In honor of the day I think a misty autumn morning is peaceful.
So let's get on with the meeting.
Purrrrrrrr.....
Hey mom it's getting damp out here! I think I'm going to make dad carry me around so my paws stay dry.
I recommend this type of travel in the yard if you can get away with it.
My squashies are doing well. The Great Pumpkin never showed up but we still got great squash. I'm hoping you are still finding wonderful things growing in your garden. For those members on the other side of the world, I'd love to hear about your spring gardens! It makes me purrr thinking that my sunbeams are visiting your gardens.

PeeEssWoo: Hi Grete!
Love the photos, especially of you telling your Daddy to pick you up and then, on his shoulder!...You are a real sweetheart, beautiful Jonesie, to share your sunbeams :)...Happy Friday, lovely friends...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
That looks like an amazing squashy!
Wow, what great taxi service you get in your garden, Jonesie! We received your envelope and will be sending Sunflowerzilla seeds your way in the next couple days. Happy Friday!
Well, we had snow in our garden last Sunday (see today's post). So yours still looks a heck of a lot better than our little one!
We love your method of travel, Jonesie! Maybe we should try it too.
Meow!
I love the misty morning pic ~ it's lovely and so very Autumnal.
I love the idea of being "shouldered" around ~ I'm gonna try that wiv dad! Mom's beloved, beautiful siamese cat hoo came before us (Henry 1985 ~ 2004) was shoulderd efurrywhere. He loved riding on shoulders!
Dad is gonna build a bonfire to get rid of the deaded leaves.
Have a great weekend.
Love Alfie xx
I wish I could go in our backyard on my human's shoulder, but she thinks I would squirm out of her grasp and run away! She has, like, no faith in me whatsoever.
We got a little confused and MISSED the blogblast!! But we left our gardening post up for today too.
Love that autumn mist photo! We make Momma carry us Inside at the end of the day when we've played ourselves tired.
We got nothing in our garden 'cept leaves, Jonesie. And we think that't the purrfect way to travel anywhere...inside or out!! Wally travels like that on mom's shoulder all the time!!
Ernie
What an inspired way to travel across the damp grass. We will have to try that!
Your garden is still looking good Jonesie! Ours is all brown and crumbly. :(
I think your Dad has the right idea, giving you a lift!
Jonesie, your dad is a great gardening helper to carry you like that! Your squash is enourmous!
I agree, a ride from Dad is always the best way to go!!!
Excellent transportation tactic, Jonesie!
Your garden is lovely as ever!
Jonesie, Happy Friday to you and yours......xxxxxxxxxxx
Jonsie, I LOVE to travel around like that. My paws would never touch the groumd if I had my way!

Nice pics!
* have a nice weekends :)
Jonesie, that is one fine mode of transportation! G&G use to love riding on Mom's shoulder. Now there are too many of us.
PS. Smoochies to Cory from Whitey xo
That's cool that Dad carries you around when it is wet outside. I'd like that but being carried feels odd. Ayla sure likes it.
Our salvias are still red, but the cold weather is killing them. We will plant more next year.
We are still getting bell peppers. Its not THAT cold quite yet...
Socks is the only one of us that likes to be carried. Well we suspect Fenris would like to be carried but do you think Mommy is going to carry him?
Sorry we are late getting by. Mommy is sick with a cold.
Wow! That's one strong, loving transport that all of us kitties would love!!!
Love the way you speak to your daddy!
Wow...we neffer get carried around in our garden...our Teri said we'll just have to be satisfied with strollering...
