Tabby Tattletale Tuesday

The little nip plants at the base of the tree are starting to grow a bit.  They are not as good as last year's nip, but I love it anyway.  I was hoping that exposing my belly at it would inspire it to grow big and strong.
I've been thinking a lot about my woofie Grete.  She used to tease me a lot because she knew she could always get a rise out of me.  Now we are buddies.  She still sticks her nose into what I'm doing but I like it.  She's a good woofie.   Grete does not get her fair share of time on Cory's blog...and if little whippersnapper Cory won't share her spotlight, then it's up to me, Ginger The Good And Fair, to share what precious little blog time I get.

Mom abandoned us kitties to go walk Grete woofie in the park.  Mom has to spell out w-a-l-k...but it does no good.  Grete knows how to spell.  The second mom even thinks about a walkie, Grete bounces all over the place.  Today on her walkie, Grete was on special assignment.
I asked her to chase as many squirrels as she could.  Grete ignored me!  She looked at the squirrels, smiled at the squirrels and sniffed at them, but would not chase them.  Grete said it's because of the leash...it's all mom's fault she couldn't chase the squirrels.
At least she could have brought one home for me.  Is that too much to ask?  Oh all right, we have a kazillion in the yard already.

Oh Ginger--hello. Cory said she would send you to me to help me with the Meezers if we get another. Tell her I will send her a sock if she does?

Seeing that tummy may do the trick. Glad you like the dog person; no doubt you rule her with a firm but kind paw!

That IS nice of you to share your blog time. I wouldn't be too keen on getting a squirrel brought home though. . . they're quite evil you know.

Ginger, it's especially generous of you to share your post with Grete! We think Grete deserves her own day, of course. Then you wouldn't have to share! :-)

A kazillion squirrels? Can you box some up and send them to us? We don't have squirrels here. Grete will have to snag a few on her next walk!

Ginger, your tummy will make the nip grow ten feet high. Guarenteed!

What wonderful things you had to tell today, Ginger! They were all good things. I'm so happy that you and Grete are good friends now -- it certainly makes everything a lot easier.

Grete is such a sweetheart of a woofie, too, and obviously very clever since she can spell.

Of course, nothing is better than your floofy, floofy tummy, Ginger! It's one of the floofiest I've ever seen.

Well, it would be nice if Grete brought home a skwerrel for you, but we can see how the leash is a problem...

Isn't it funny how humans don't think dogs and cats can spell?

Although exposing your belly to the catnip won't make it grow better per se, as long as you do it right by the plants, maybe your human will notice them next to you after she's admired your tummy and help make them grow better.
