Momma Meezer Magazine Monday

WTF?  What the fluff?

Can you imagine my shock and disbelief when this trash entered our happy home?   I'm ashamed to say my dad has a subscription.   Can it be possible he actually believes it?  I mean, if humans have such big brains, why is it that 7 pounds of fluff and cattitude can rule him?  And if it weren't for Jonesie, he'd be hopeless managing the garden by himself.   I tried to stop Cory from reading it but I was too late....

Hmmm...I hang out at home, the humans go off to work their big brains into oblivion...they hand feed me cheese.  I nap all day, then play when I feel like it.   I'll keep my fur and my so called little brain thank you very much.

  1. Obviously this is their little brain's attempt to assure themselves that evidence to the contrary we are smarter than they...

  2. Humans aren't smart enough to realise that we kittehs totally rule everything.

P.S. Thanks for changing your commenting system - I was having problems getting my comments to post on your bloggie.

  4. I agree with Inigo and D'Artagan... It's all "fluff" to make themselves feel like they've got it all under control.

  6. It is so obvious that cats are smarter than humans. We have them do our bidding and work for us so we can lead lives of complete leisure.

  7. Yeah, cats are MUCH more sensible and brainy. Afta all, who wants to WERK for a living? And then cook and clean? And empty poop trays? And shop for cat grit and stinky goodness?

Us? We'd rather being playing wiv our den, or undercover mousie, or springs, or snoozling!

  8. A bigger brain does NOT indicate greater intelligence! Unless you consider creative and horrific ways to destroy the planet--and each other--more intelligent. We don't think so!

  13. We're with you guys.....What the fluff?!

  14. No no. It's a good thing. How else would they be able to do everything we want them to do?

  15. We think that some human just did that to make money...we know we're a LOT smarter than they are. We're headed off to nap while Mom gets ready to go to WORK!

  16. Ha ha, so true! Let them think they are smarter...as long as they bring home food and toys and pet me on demand I know who's really the brilliant one!

  17. Kittehs are definitely the superior species. :)

  18. We think your last statement proves that the magazine is wrong!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Yep, cats are far superior to humans when it comes to intellect. But did you know a cats brain is closer to a humans brain that it is to a dogs brain.

  20. Purrhaps you should use that magazine to wipe your feet on when you exit the litter box?

  21. Our poor humans....they really don't have a clue!!!!!!

  24. Well, I think a kitty's brain is still pretty big considering the size of the kitty! You guys are no slouches when it comes to intelligence! Intelligence isn't just for gents anymore.

  30. I can't believe the part about the human brains, but I am curious what the article says about why they lost their furs.
