::Meowwww::
You know, as a Master Gardener, I think it's important that I make sure that I don't do all the work myself. It's important to delegate tasks or else I'll spread myself too thin. My woofie Grete and I have a great relationship. She is big and can cover a lot more ground than I can...so when I ask her to sniff things for me, she always helps.
I love her.
She still needs me to meow instructions so she knows exactly what she needs to do. As long as no squirrels distract her, we're good.
Our new artichoke plants have started to produce.
We did not grow these beets...these were from the farmers market...but Grete woofie sniffed them out for us so we know that mom ended up with the best bunch. I think you saw Cory sticking her head in the bag yesterday. Mom uses a reusable Whole Foods bag when she goes to the farmers market. Yes, all Cory found in the bag were vegetables.
Our day lilies are blooming.
purrrr
At the end of a hard day's work, my job is still not done. I still need to hang out with my dad and remind him of all the good things we did in the garden today.

Gardening is hard. And it may get harder for Ichiro if Gemini is going to go look at the grass on the other side of the fence...
ReplyDeleteHow smart you are to delegate! We love watching these artichokes grow. Our Mommy thinks they are pretty. (pretty yummy)
ReplyDeleteEven with help, there is never a moment you aren't busy, Jonesie!
