Wordy Wednesday

Just when you think you've got it good.  Just when you think you've got it under control.
It hits the fan.

Oh the day started off innocently enough.  Mom off to buy kitty litter.  Dad says, sure he'll come along.  I suppose they will tell you they did not lie. It's true, they did actually buy lots of kitty litter.

It's the other "thing" they put in their cart.

I watched "it" from a distance.  It's a he.  I don't know why he's so happy considering he's outnumbered here.  And I won't let him forget it.

He has no pride.  He exposed himself to me immediately.  I tried to look away but...

I just had to look.

You still love me best, right?

  1. Oh Ginger, I think you are being THREE times as tolerant as I would be in this situation! Especially after that doggie exposed himself to you - the nerve!

  4. Ginger, you are willing to be a lot closer to Him than I would ever be. Not much freaks me out, but dogs do. Look like you have a good vantage point from the bed, though, and a little protection from the plants screening you. Does he chase cats?

  7. Woofies may be outnumbered in your house right now, but who knows about the future! We say you kitties need to ease up on the kitty litter use and make sure your humans don't go shopping alone ever again!

  12. I'd be spitting like a sprinkler system if a woofie dog came into my yard.

Our mum had lots of trouble getting us to eat wet food. We eat Innova dry food in the morning, and for dinner we have Innova Flex tins. Mum first got the Flex when Lishy was a little kitten. It helped him a lot in getting some condition. Fui would always knick it off him, and I would too if it was the chicken one. Before that, mum tried lots of different types. Fui would gobble it down and I always turned my nose up. There was a lot of trial and error.

Our favourite is Fancy Feast Friday, when we get our flaked tuna!

  18. Oh Ginger, we're so sorry you got more than cat litter! Perhaps you and this new guy can be partners in crime? We're pretty sure you can blame most anything on the new kid!

  20. Ginger, face facts. Your Mom & Dad are turning out to be as insane as ours...#13 has been lurking outside our front door. It's only a matter of time.
Our advice is to keep your claws sharp and get to the lap first!

  26. Oh Ginger! You really made me laugh out loud today! It was when you said "he exposed himself to me" -- that just tickled my funny bone.

You're lucky, though, because even though it was unexpected, at least Dandi seems to have a very furiendly personality. There's no need for jealousy because there's plenty of love to go around. What's one more?
