Christmas Lessons Learned

Now that another Christmas has come and gone, I have learned a bit more about how it works.  Once Santa's sleigh has left the North Pole early on Christmas Eve, it's ok to start being yourself.

It's ok to unroll the toilet paper and shred it.

It's ok to get on the dining room table before Christmas Eve dinner.

It's ok to get on the kitchen counter and let the guests fuss over you.

It's ok to beg shamelessly for dinner as it's being cooked.

Because, it's too late for Santa to cancel your goodies. (see cookie between paws)

Next year we're going to push it just a wee bit more.  Santa will never know.

  1. I never looked at it like that. That is very smart. I shall have to remember that for next year...

  5. You guys are so very clever!!! We were also a bit naughty right before Santa arrived when we broke our brand new fling-ama-string. Well, Santa still brought us our goodies!

  6. We're askeered to try that! We did lots of naughty things on Christmas Day though.

  7. It's true, we are all back to our usual behavior. We're experts at begging for dinner in the kitchen!

  9. Good plan! I was good until I knew for sure that Santa had been here, but next year I'll live it up for sure!

  11. You guys are just shameless! But then it must be hard to watch yourself every minute. It's nice to see you just give into your baser instincts! Cute!

  18. Be careful! We've heard that Santa has got a little book and he takes notes all year long. That's what our mum told us anyway.
