Tattletale Tabby Tuesday

My mom is totally silly. She loves Bugs Bunny. Her favorite cartoon of all time is the "Rabbit of Seville". She really loves the part where Bugs puts tonic on Elmer Fudd's bald head and makes flowers grow.
I don't get it. I mean what's so funny about that? Mom...why are you laughing?
