Monday- Breakfast of Champions

What did you have for breakfast today? Did you know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? My dad knows this and shares his with us every morning. I love his toast. I always get little bitesies. I'm really good about taking it out of his hands very daintily.
If he's lucky, I'll lick his fingers. He likes that.

Yummy! And you know the secret that makes it so yummy?

If you guessed Tillamook butter, you are right! Not only land of the cheese...it's land of the butter.

  1. We love butter too. The rich organic butter from grass fed cows is high in Vitamin D and vitamin A and vitamin K2--there is nothing better for those fat soluable vitamins! Lick away!!!

  4. We love buttered toast too. But our most favourite brekkie treat is crispy crunchy bacon bits ~ straight from Dad's plate via his hand.

  6. That sounds yummy! We like to lick the butter in the butter dish if Mom leaves it out. We might need to check that Tillamook butter out.

  7. Butter is best! #1 occasionally shares with us some of her unsalted organic butter from Normandy. It is so yummy! Having good and generous people around us is so great!

  8. Your dad is a very good dad indeed:) I like to finish off the little bit of soy milk and yoghurt in mum's bowl when she has finished breakfast. Yum!

We loved the pictures of Grete yesterday. She is such a beautiful girl.

  11. Nom nom nom!
Oh, and great to hear you guys got to test out some raw food! We've never tried the ready made kind because no one around here sells it and our mom refuses to pay the outrageous shipping charges. We've never tried beef before either. Sounds very nommy!

  15. Aw, what a sweet little ritual you have with your daddy! And that butter looks yummy, and even more yummier when melted on toast bits. You are one lucky girl, Cory!

  16. Wow Cory that is so cute that you eat it out of your dad's hand like that. And I was surprised that you liked toast - until I read the butter part - now it makes total sense!

  18. Meowm doesn't eat breakfast at home very much. Doesn't matter, cause I wouldn't be nibbling on her foods very often anyway. Now my brother would be more than happy to eat all her foods!~Junior

  19. I love breakfast! My daddeh usually gives me a little bit of granola, and my mom says "That's way too much, she shouldn't be eating that!"

  20. Great that you and your dad have the special time in the mornings to share a little breakfast with each other. I bet without that butter the toast would not taste too good.
Wondering if with Thanksgiving if we are having our Garden Club, moving it, or skipping this week?

  22. I have never had toast but the other day mum was eating bread and marmite. She went to answer the doorbell and when she came back I had licked the marmite off.
