I can't believe the Olympics are over. We had such fun...and my daughter Cory had quite an adventure with her boyfurriend Alfie. They even went to the closing ceremonies together and snuck up on stage for a bit.
I couldn't believe my eyes!
So now what will we do with our time? The Olympics created such awesome lap time in our house.
What's that Cory? Oh yes, we can wash and play and have some quality mom/daughter time.
I think I'd like that.

Yes, once the Olympics are over they certainly do leave a void. But then we tend to overlook all the usual things in our lives that are really more valuable than any Olympic gold!
Well done on getting past security at the Olympics! We are sure you'll find plenty to do and are probably ready for a rest after your adventure.
We enjoyed all the events but it's nice to get back to the garden and chasing lizards.
We enjoyed the Olympics too, but now we are hoping mum will help us visit more.
